  1. No Return Policy (General)
    We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
  2. Eligible for Refund/Replacement
    A refund or replacement will only be considered if:
    • The product is damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality
    • You received the wrong item
  1. Mandatory Proof (VERY IMPORTANT)
    To request a refund or replacement:
    • You must record a clear unboxing video
    • The video should start from opening the sealed package
    • The issue must be clearly visible in the video

👉 Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted

  1. Time Limit for Claims
    You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Refund Process
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  1. Rejection of Claims
    Claims will not be accepted if:
    • No unboxing video is provided
    • Request is made after 24 hours
    • Product is partially consumed
