- No Return Policy (General)
We do not accept returns once the product is delivered. - Eligible for Refund/Replacement
A refund or replacement will only be considered if:
- The product is damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality
- You received the wrong item
- Mandatory Proof (VERY IMPORTANT)
To request a refund or replacement:
- You must record a clear unboxing video
- The video should start from opening the sealed package
- The issue must be clearly visible in the video
👉 Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted
- Time Limit for Claims
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery - Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Rejection of Claims
Claims will not be accepted if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Request is made after 24 hours
- Product is partially consumed
